RMAD has been teaching compassion for 14 years now. We started small, with big ideas and high aims. Today, our ideas are better developed, we're aiming higher, and we're bigger. RMAD is a results-oriented organization. We pursue programs that are small enough to win, yet big enough to matter. At the same time, we focus on long-term change through our extensive education efforts. We have established ourselves as a leading resource on animal issues, as well. Each day, we receive on average about a dozen inquiries on animal issues via phone, email, and letters. We tend to each and every one, thereby supporting the community that supports us. To date, our funding needs have been met primarily through member donations. To be sure, RMAD's fundraising record is good. Several grant-making organizations support us year after year. In addition, we have garnered a tremendous amount of local, regional, and national media coverage, educating countless individuals on the plight of animals, while building a solid reputation as a thoughtful, legitimate organization. Those who perpetuate the abuse of animals aren't going away. We must secure the resources to engage them in this struggle. If you haven't yet joined RMAD, please do so now.
